The cap doesn't seem to work – what could be wrong?

The device will activate and start flashing when placed on your head. To test compatibility with a power source, such as a power bank or laptop, place the cap on your head and check in a mirror to see if the lights inside are flashing. The cap will automatically turn off after 20 minutes.
